This online store at rebelbeasts.com (the "Store") is operated by Rebel Beasts, Calle San Ignacio 2, 31580 Lodosa, Navarra, Spain ("Rebel Beasts", "we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@rebelbeasts.com. The Store is powered by Shopify.
By browsing the Store or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
All our products are printed on demand by our production partner once you place your order. We do our best to show colours and designs accurately, but small variations in colour, print position and garment size between screens, batches and production facilities are normal and are not considered defects. Size charts are shown on each product page.
Our designs are original illustrations with a satirical and political point of view. Buying a product gives you the garment, not any rights to the artwork: all designs, text, images and logos on the Store are the property of Rebel Beasts and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without our written permission.
Prices are shown in the currency of your market. Prices for customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom include VAT; prices for other markets may exclude local taxes and import duties, which are the customer's responsibility where they apply. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and the other payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details. If a product is shown at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between you and Rebel Beasts is formed when your order is confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaks these terms.
Because each item is produced for you, orders can only be changed or cancelled before production starts. Write to us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Production and delivery times are estimates and are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us, so please check it carefully.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Our Refund Policy explains how to return unworn items and how refunds work. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, tell us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it free of charge. This does not affect your legal guarantee rights for products that are not as described.
Discount codes can only be used as described when they are issued, cannot be exchanged for cash and, unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers. Welcome codes are limited to one use per customer. We may withdraw a code that is being misused.
You agree not to use the Store for anything unlawful, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy or scrape its content. Comments or messages you send us must not be abusive or infringe anyone's rights.
We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to act with reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier problems or customs delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live and bring a claim in its courts. If you have a problem, please write to us first at hello@rebelbeasts.com and we will try to solve it quickly.
